Refunds
Last updated 15 August 2026
Our promise, exactly as it appears next to the pay button:
Money back if we get the numbers wrong. Beta: email support@powerlens.com.au, no questions asked. We never store your card.
During beta we honour that promise literally. You do not need to show us what went wrong. You do not need to argue your case. Ask, and we refund.
How to get a refund
- Email support@powerlens.com.au, or use the form below. Include your report link, or the email address you paid with. Either is enough for us to find your payment. Telling us what went wrong is optional. During beta we ask no questions either way, but if something was wrong with your numbers we would genuinely like to know, so we can fix it for the next person.
- We reply within 3 business days.
- The money goes back to the card you paid with. We process the refund through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it usually appears in 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to your report
Nothing. Your report stays yours, refund or not. We do not claw back access, delete your verdict, or lock the PDF. A refund is us backing our numbers, not a return of goods.
Monitoring subscriptions
Every annual subscription charge — the first one and every renewal — carries a 30-day full refund: email us within 30 days of the charge and we refund it in full. A full refund stops the monitoring. Your report and its link stay yours — including the report that came with a subscription purchase. Cancelling without a refund is different: monitoring simply runs to the end of what you've paid for, and nothing is charged again.
Two things worth knowing
- Deleting your report is not a refund request. The delete button removes your data permanently, and it says so before you confirm. If you want a refund, ask for one first. Once a report is deleted we can still refund the payment, but we can no longer look at the report to fix anything.
- You never need the beta promise to have rights. Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including that they are provided with due care and skill. If we fail those guarantees you are entitled to remedies under the ACL. Nothing on this page, and nothing in our Terms, limits those rights. The beta promise is extra, on top.
